Originally founded as the Western Shoe Retailers Association by members of Western Shoe Associates, USRA was born out of necessity for retailers to have a voice in the shoe industry. Today, we serve footwear and apparel retailers, vendors, and sales representatives across the country.

Founded as WSRA
Created by members of Western Shoe Associates (WSA) to give west coast retailers a voice in the shoe industry.
