February 1-3, 2022, The new IR Show launched at the San Diego Convention Center. It was very well attended, even with a new Covid variant causing many companies to enforce travel restrictions and in addition, the east coast was bombarded with stormy weather causing many flight cancellations.
The USRA had a booth and we loved seeing so many of our members & sponsors in person again. We attended the many events held onsite: There was a retail panel called “Looking Forward”, Conversations Over Cocktails with David Kahan and a Mix ‘N’ Mingle Happy Hour. We had a lot of opportunities to catch up with old friends and even made some new ones.
The next IR Show will take place again August 2-4, 2022. There’s even a fun networking event; a Padres Game at Petco Park on August 2nd. Part of the ticket cost is subsidized by The IR Show bringing the ticket cost to only $12pp.
